Bank Funding – Banks are very supportive in providing funding for franchise start-ups. Typically they will lend around 50% of the required funds including working capital, in order to help you get your business started. We can introduce you to the Franchise Departments of all the major banks.
Business Start Up Loan Scheme – An alternative funding option is a Government backed Business Start-Up Loan. This is an unsecured personal loan of up to £25,000, that requires no personal funding. The loan is repayable over 5 years at a low 6% interest rate and there is no penalty if you wish to settle the loan sooner. If access to capital is a barrier, then this is an excellent way to get you up and running.

Management Service Fee – 6% + VAT of Total Gross Revenue
Back Office Support Fee – 2.65% + VAT of Total Gross Revenue
*You will require additional funds for working capital which we estimate should equate to three months personal and business expenses. We will discuss this fully on an individual basis.
