The first step of our franchise process, is an informal chat with a member of our team.

We have many years of recruitment experience. This stage of the process is for us to answer any question you may have. The easiest way to arrange a chat, at a time that suits you, is to use the Schedule Call Button at the top of the page.

Discovery session

Discovery session

The next step in the process is a discovery session with the Director of Safehands, Katie Armstrong.

These sessions are hosted online and give you the opportunity to ask questions about the existing Safehands model and brand. This is an opportunity to ask about your preferred location and financial information about the franchise. This session will also give you further insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of owning a Safehands recruitment franchise.

Our initial meeting

Our initial meeting

Granting a franchise is a major decision, and we recognise that starting a business is the same for you. Neither party therefore should make that decision based simply on ‘virtual’ meetings.

At this stage we will invite you to our head office, to meet the team in person and see our office set up. This is an opportunity to talk to the individuals who will be supporting you as a franchisee and enables you to observe a working branch in action. Following the meeting we will give you a Disclosure Document to take with you which will hopefully answer any questions that you may not have thought of as well as a draft copy of our Franchise Agreement.

At this stage neither party are committed to proceeding any further, no fees are requested and you simply sign a Confidentiality Agreement agreeing not to disclose the content of our discussions to outside parties.

Our second meeting

Our second meeting

If both parties are confident that things are progressing positively then our second meeting will take place at your chosen office location.

At this stage we will visit your proposed office and hopefully confirm that it is a suitable premises for a Safehands Branch. If we have not already met your partner, we would like them to be present as it is important that they fully understand the commitment that we are both making and are supportive of you becoming a Safehands Franchisee. We will answer any questions that you may have regarding the Franchise Agreement and will require a deposit in order to secure your territory. This deposit will be deducted from your initial payment. Should you require an introduction to lenders who may potentially help fund your business start up, then we are happy to arrange this.

Execute the Franchise agreement

Execute the Franchise agreement

Whilst our process is split into five stages, in reality we can meet and have as many telephone/Zoom calls as you need.

We want you to feel totally comfortable that you are making the right decision. At our signing meeting we will cover any final questions that you may have. Two copies of the Franchise Agreement will be prepared and will be signed by both parties, witnessed and the balance of your initial fee will be due. Finally, we will arrange suitable dates for your induction training to begin.

Congratulations, you have completed the franchise application process and are now officially a Safehands Recruitment Franchisee!
